Thanks for the reply Denmondo.
i will google them today,i am in the south Manchester area and drive a silver mk6 fiesta 2007 3dr 1400 model, only had it a year and very impressed with it.
chips away are the only ones around here that seem to do the dent and the chip, loads of companies do the dents but not both.i need to do some research before i let anyone loose on my car.

thanks again.

Thanks for the replys.
I will get some pictures up as soon as can.
I have ordered the window stickers and will spread the word about the site.
As for the dent and chip i got a quote today from my local ford repair centre £685.00 for a dent the size of a 5p coin. Will look into more affordable options.
Have any of you got mud flaps fitted ? I do a lot of cycling and sometimes have to go on dirt tracks full of mud,i was thinking they may help.

I had rally type ones on my old car and I hated them. I do how ever like standered
ford ones. I think they look good. Yeah you right they might help.

And £685 yikes.gif I got my dent pulled almost all the way out for £10 at a show.
Reason why it only almost is cos where it was. But I was happy enough

I am always looking at any pics i take for faults.
I will post more pics whe the stickers arrive,as for then i will be looking for ideas what to do with the car (money allowing) in performance and looks.
I have the dent and chip to sort out next but if you chaps have any thoughts let me know.
The car is a 1400 freedom model the one with the bluetooth and little extras they chuck in, with around 18000 on the clock the warranty has just run out so i could start changing things around a little. smile.gif

lowering would be my first thoughts towards your car...

as for performance it depends how far you want to go... you wont squeeze much out of the engine without spending major money... and even then its cheaper to get the engine change....

if it was me and i wanted it too look better.... for me it would be Couler code all the Exterior plastics (I Spotted your boot grab handle and door handles are done... that leaves mainly the Washer jets and Bump Stripes) Lower and find some Nicer Fiesta Wheels... I prefer the OEM look, you could go and get an ZS/ST bodykit fitted too... but depends how far your looking to go

Thanks for the ideas.
any good sites for the wheels to check out cost. As for the trim how would i get a colour match or will they sell the trim for the colour of my car ?
I have noticed on the site the rear wiper arm has been changed on some of your cars where do i get the arm from ?
ive lost touch with all the bits you can get this is my first car in 7 years after driving the company van for so long, and the last car i did any major work to was my mk1 escort 20 years ago (i do miss that car bigcry.gif ).

If your up for spraying yourself halfords paint should be good enough... but i know of a few places they spray and fit them for you...

Bottom and on next page for pre primered door moulding Ford Parts Make sure you buy the 3 Door ones...

For the Smooth rear wiper look check out Ebay... ether buy an astra one or search for fiesta rear wiper...

Thanks

I have found the wipers on e-bay for 9.99,as for the trim pre primed and paint matched sounds the best route to go down.will look into it.

thanks

again. smile.gif
